Where is couriers mile

I'm in the midst of a Lonesome Road playthru and have progressed far along enough for that location to unlock. Its very far from my current location and in the opposite direction of my travel. I definitely want to vist that location but I'm not sure when? Will I be able to visit the Courier's Mile after reaching the end of the Lonsesome Road or do I have to backtrack before continuing? You're welcome. Backtracking isn't too bad though, a map marker you already unlocked ins't far away. Although it has nothing particularly interesting: the only non-generic loot is a knife.

Granted, it is one of the highest dps one-handed melee weapons in the vanilla game, but I don't think many people use melee builds, and especially ones that rely on knives. I removed a perk that gave me little use, which to not be an uber-cheater I plan to pick again at L52, and replaced it with Light Step. I covered the area with enough distance between them so they wouldn't set each other off then lured as few enemies as I could then replaced the used charges.

At first I tried to get the Marked men by themselves as there's some distance between them and the Deathclaws but somehow one always managed to get involved which would ensure my death in addition to the Marked men. As soon as you exit Hopeville Missile Silo, there's a road in front of you. Left goes to the men's barracks which you can see from there, but if you turn right and follow the road it leads to the Courier's Mile entrance.
